Ingredients  

  1. Grate the zucchini in a food processor/hand mixer or regular grater.
  2. Take the grated squash in a colander and squeeze out as much of the water as possible (this is important).
  3. Grate the parmesan cheese.
  4. Then place it in a bowl. With a fork, mix well with the eggs and cheese.
  5. Put an appropriate amount of batter in a preheated waffle maker and fry.
  6. You can eat these right away, or freeze them for later.
