Ingredients  

  1. Preheat the oven for 180C / 360F
  2. Grind seeds in a blender.
  3. Add baking powder, psyllium, salt, and mix together.
  4. Put the eggs in a bowl and whisk.
  5. Pour egg mix over the seed mixture and stir together.
  6. Add water and leave for about 10 minutes.
  7. If you find the dough dry, add a little more water.
  8. Pour into a loaf pan and put it in an oven for about 80 minutes.
  9. Cooldown and freeze if you like.
