Ingredients  

  1. Set the oven to 190C / 375F. If you have a hot air oven use 175C / 345F.
  2. Finely grind seeds in a blender and mix everything except walnuts in a bowl.
  3. Roughly chop the walnuts
  4. Allow the batter to swell for 10 minutes and then add the walnuts.
  5. Spread the batter out on a baking sheet covered tray.
  6. Sprinkle some nuts and seeds on top and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Divide into smaller squares when it has cooled down a bit.
