Ingredients  

  1. Quickly fry sesame seeds in a dry pan.
  2. Fry the eggs on medium heat in some butter for about 4 minutes, add salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the avocado into cubes, add lime juice from a lime and places this on the plate together with sesame seeds, smoked salmon and eggs.
  4. Topped with finely chopped spring onions.
