Ingredients  

  1. Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper.
  2. Put butter in a frying pan on low heat.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture. Let it settle.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped, fresh herbs.
  5. The omelette should not solidify completely. Let it be a little "soft" on top.
  6. Fold 2 sides towards each other and serve.
