Ingredients  

Make the dressing
  1. Whisk olive oil, garlic, mustard, sea salt and black pepper to taste
  2. Set aside

Make the salat
  1. If you can get a bag of kale, put it to a bowl. If you have bought the whole leaves, remove the stem and coarsely chop the kale
  2. Fry the prosciutto or bacon
  3. Then cut it into strips or small pieces
  4. While the prosciutto / bacon is frying, bring a large saucepan of water to a low boil
  5. Prepare a plate with a kitchen towel on (to dry the eggs afterwards)
  6. Split the eggs in two separate cups
  7. When the water is warm, take a tablespoon and spin around in the water until the middle goes down to the bottom of the pot
  8. Very quickly but carefully place the egg in the middle of the water, then the other
  9. Set on a timer of 3 minutes
  10. When the egg is done, pick it up a spoon and place it on a kitchen towel
  11. Just before serving, heat the eggs if necessary by soaking them in warm water for a few seconds
  12. Mix the dressing and the kale well. Divide the salad into two plates. Then add the walnuts and prosciutto
  13. Then lay the egg
  14. Then serve immediately
TIP:
If you want to make it a lot easier, it works great to just add a fried egg on the salad.

    Denne oppskriften fungerer vel så bra, og er mye enklere å lage om man gjør som følger: 1) Bruker speilegg istedenfor posjert egg 2) Steker grønnkål i godt med smør (blir veldig smakfull) 3) Blander sammen grønnkål og bacon før servering og har egget på t
