Ingredients  

  1. Grate the cauliflower in a bowl with a grater and squeeze over the lemon juice.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan.
  3. Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper, finely chop and add the garlic.
  4. Fry everything on medium-high heat for approx. 2 minutes. Stir a little while frying.
  5. Serve with your favorite low-carb dish.
