Ingredients  

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients for the crust and mix well
  2. Add melted coconut oil and add 2 cups of boiling water
  3. Mix well with a hand mixer and then seal the bowl with plastic wrap
  4. Then, prepare the topping
  5. In a saucepan add a can of chopped tomatoes (or tomato sauce in a can) and season with salt and oregano. 
  6. Mix and warm it up.
  7. Preheat the oven to 150C / 300F.
  8. Add baking paper to a baking tray and spread the dough to make a crust. Make sure the crust is without any holes. 
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and top with the tomato sauce
  11. Sprinkle with sliced mushrooms and continue in the oven for another 10-12 minutes
  12. This recipe will give you two small or one large pizza.
