Ingredients  

  1. Heat butter to over medium-high heat.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and stir. Fry until transparent, for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and season with a little salt, oregano and white pepper.
  4. Stir well and cook over medium-low heat until all liquid has evaporated.
  5. Meanwhile, divide the eggs in a bowl and add half of the cottage cheese and sour cream.
  6. Whisk together and sprinkle a little salt. If necessary, add a little more oregano or pepper and pour the mixture into the frying pan.
  7. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  8. Remove from the heat and sprinkle on the remaining cottage cheese.
  9. Serve immediately.
