Ingredients  

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Then add the smashed garlic clove and continue to fry for approx. 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Finally add the meat and season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Then crack and add the eggs and stir well.
  7. Continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
