Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 70C  / 160F (to keep the bread warm while roasting)
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add oil and then boiling water and stir well.
  4. Let the dough sit five minutes. The dough gets firm quite quickly, but give it time. If you find it too liquid, add more psyllium until it becomes firmer. How much liquid is absorbed depends on the brand of psyllium and also the coconut flour.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 to 8 pieces and form into balls that you make flat with your hands directly on baking paper on the kitchen counter.
  6. Fry the bread in coconut oil over medium heat until they get a nice golden color.
  7. Put the finished bread in the oven to keep them warm.
If you love coriander it is also good to mix finely chopped coriander in the dough.
