Ingredients  

  1. Make the dressing by mixing together heavy cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive oil and chopped garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Rinse the kale and cut it into small bite sizes if you have not bought "ready in a bag" version. Remove the thick stem.
  3. Add butter to a large frying pan and heat up.
  4. Sauté the kale quickly until it gets a nice color and has some butter on it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place in a salad bowl and pour the dressing over.
  6. Stir thoroughly and serve with crumbled feta or blue cheese.
