Ingredients  

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C / 350F.
  2. Lay baking paper on a baking tray.
  3. Separate the eggs into two bowls (yolk and egg whites).
  4. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Boil the water.
  6. Mix water, apple cider vinegar and egg whites in a bowl with the dry ingredients while whisking with a hand mixer for approx. 30 seconds until it has a soft consistency.
  7. With damp hands, shape the dough into about 10 pieces and roll them into sausage-like bread.
  8. Place on the baking tray, and make sure you have enough space for them to double in size.
  9. Bake on the lowest level in the oven for approx. 40-50 minutes. They are finished when you can hear a hollow sound when you tap the bottom of the bread.
  10. Make the garlic butter while the bread is baking.
  11. Mix all the ingredients together and put in the fridge.
  12. Take the bread out of the oven when it's are done and let it cool.
  13. Take the garlic butter out of the fridge.
  14. When the bread has cooled, cut them in halves, and spread on the garlic butter on each half.
  15. Then turn up the oven to 225C / 440F and bake the garlic bread for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
