Ingredients  

  1. Hard-boil the eggs and cool them afterward in cold water.
  2. Remove the eggshells and divide the egg in half.
  3. Take out the egg yolk with a teaspoon and place it in a small bowl.
  4. Place the egg whites on a plate and put them in the fridge.
  5. Mix curry paste, mayonnaise and egg yolks. Season with salt
  6. Take the egg whites out of the fridge and fill in the curry mixture.
  7. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and serve.
