Ingredients  

  1. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
  2. Fry the reindeer meat quickly on high heat until it starts to turn brown. Put it on a plate.
  3. Divide mushrooms into pieces and finely chop onions.
  4. Heat the frying pan with a little more butter and fry the mushrooms and onions until soft.
  5. Season with dried rosemary and crushed juniper berries.
  6. Put the meat back in the pan and stir in the créme fraîche.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Rinse the celery root and cut it into small pieces.
  9. Boil the pieces until tender (insert fork).
  10. When tender, pour out the water and put butter, salt and pepper in the pot.
  11. Mash ingredients together with a hand mixer and season with butter, salt and pepper to taste. You may want to use some ground nutmeg as well.

    Hei, bare et tips angående sellerimosen! Kok terningene i så lite vann som mulig, og ikke hell det ut. Bruk kokevannet, da det er der de fleste næringsstoffene befinner seg
