Be sure to buy hamburger patties with as much meat as possible (95% +) and make sure that the salsa has no more than about 5g per 100g of carbohydrates. 

  1. Fry the hamburger patties
  2. Then fry the fried eggs
  3. Place the hamburger meat on a plate with salsa in the bottom and the fried egg on top
