Ingredients  

  1. Divide the catfish fillet into portions.
  2. Cut red onion into boats, cut cherry tomatoes in half, and place them in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Place the fish pieces on top.
  4. Warm the butter gently in a saucepan. Mix in finely chopped parsley, garlic, paprika powder, thyme, lemon juice and lemon rind.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Using a spoon, spread the mix over the fish fillets.
  7. Put the dish in the middle of the oven at 180C / 360F and bake for 15-20 minutes
  8. Serve with cauliflower puree.
