Ingredients  

  1. Bring water to a boil and add the pieces of meat. Bring to the boil again, skim off of foam.
  2. Add salt and let the meat simmer on low heat for approx. 45 minutes.
  3. Cut up the broccoli and cauliflower into bouquets.
  4. Take out the meat and put in the vegetables. Let the vegetables cook for approx. 3 minutes.
  5. Make a sauce of the water by adding the locust bean gum. Put it in little by little in the pot, while stirring gently.
  6. Add lemon and sour cream / crème fraîche.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the meat on a plate and have the sauce with vegetables on top.
