Ingredients  

  1. Put the frozen raspberries in a blender (which can handle crushing ice) 
  2. Then pour over the coconut milk
  3. Run the blender or mix together coconut milk and raspberries with a hand mixer in a bowl
  4. As the mixture softens, mix in Sukrin Gold
  5. Taste with the sweetener. Raspberries are pretty sweet so we used 3 teaspoons here enough, but here it is just to find your own taste.
  6. Serve as soon as it is done
