A guided meditation exercise that helps you create the feeling you want.

This has helped me a lot when I notice how much emotions have to say on my health, how my body works and how my blood sugar is. With this exercise, I'm able to train myself to create good and positive emotions, and I can feel (and measure) how this has a positive effect on the body.

It is difficult to describe the effect in words, and I would rather recommend making this exercise your daily routine if it sounds interesting.

The actual exercise begins at 7:35 minutes.

WHY
How you feel is in my experience linked to my health and wellbeing. Just think about how stress affects your body. With this exercise, you train yourself to create a positive state in the body. I pull on a smiley face every time I do this exercise.

HOW
For best results, use it every morning and evening for at least 21 days. The reason for this is because in the morning and evening you have the brain in a state (lower brain waves) that makes it easier to tap into the subconscious part of the brain.

I have seen great benefit from making this a part of my daily routine as it has become easier to do this exercise over time. The brain would like to drift off to something else, but over time I have become better at being focused throughout the exercise - and that has made the exercise even more effective.
