Ingredients  

  1. Salt the cod
  2. Cut the broccoli into smaller bouquets and bring to a boil
  3. Cut the red onion into slices and the bacon into strips
  4. Fry the bacon and red onion with butter (and place in a bowl with aluminum foil to keep warm)
  5. Fry the cod until it is cooked through
  6. When the broccoli is soft, empty the water and use a hand mixer and blend all the "mash ingredients". Taste with the spices to see what you like.
