Ingredients  

  1. Whip the egg whites, then mix in the Sukrin Icing, vanilla powder and shredded coconut.
  2. Put the gelatin sheets in a little cold water for about 5 minutes. Then squeeze out the water and pour over 1 dl / 3.4oz of boiling water.
  3. Pour this into the egg mixture in a thin stream while whisking.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice-cube form and put it in the fridge.
Chocolate coating
  1. Melt the gelatin sheets together with a little boiling water (about 1 tablespoon).
  2. Whip the egg whites and mix in the Sukrin Icing, cocoa and gelatin in the same way as with the cake itself.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cake and sprinkle with coconut.
  4. Put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes so that the coating gets hard before the cake can be enjoyed.
