Ingredients

Pizza crust:
  1. Preheat your oven at 250C / 480F (using hot air)
  2. Divide the cauliflower into bouquets and then grind it into fine flour with a blender
  3. Mix the cauliflower flour in a bowl with the other ingredients (almond flour, eggs, olive oil and salt). You can do this with a fork.
  4. Then spread the mix on a baking tray with baking paper. I like a thin crust and using a spatula a spread a thin layer in the tray. Just make sure that there are no holes in the crust.
  5. Then put the crust into the oven for 15 minutes. The time can be different from oven to oven, so be careful so it does not get burned.

Pizza topping:

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into strips
  2. Cut tomato into slices and finely chop the oregano
  3. Spread an even layer of pesto on the pizza crust, cover with tomato slices and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper
  4. Cut mozzarella into thin slices and place them on top of the pizza
  5. Put the pizza back in the oven until the cheese begins to melt
  6. Have smoked salmon over the pizza and serve
