Ingredients  

  1. Take the avocado out of the peel with a spoon so that you can divide it into larger pieces
  2. You can use frozen or fresh berries. To make a low-carb smoothie, the berries you can choose from are raspberries, strawberries, mulberries and some blueberries.
  3. Then put the ingredients in a blender and mix together until soft.
  4. Taste if you want more sweetening (Sukrin / Monk Fruit)
  5. Then place the mousse in a bowl and top with berries and chia seeds (optional), or for example almonds for a crunch.

    This recipe can be made as a breakfast, but also works great as a dessert.
